For the month of April 2012, year-over-year sales activity improved across all sectors in the city.  It is apparent that, here in Calgary, the real estate market has stabilized and some areas are even enjoying a fairly significant increase in value.  The listing to sales volume is down which has encouraged a shift away from a buyer's market into a more balanced marketplace.
