Pat had sold us our current home 7 years ago and so we called Pat and Wendy when we wanted to make a change. Things went really quickly for us, especially in this economy. They listed our home and within days it was sold and Wendy took us to see a few properties. We made an offer at 11:00pm that same evening that our home was sold. They worked so hard to get it for us and loved every minute of their job.
Working with Pat and Wendy selling our home and buying our dream home, was far from work for Patrick and I. They both made us feel like family and they kept in touch, keeping us informed, throughout the whole thing. We thank them for their great team work --- they have two minds that work as one.

What does a city boy know about buying an acreage and country living? I confess … not a whole lot. In my profession when you need advice you look to experts. That’s what I did and things could not have worked out better.
I am a little ahead of myself so let me start at the beginning. For exercise, both physical and mental, I ‘road bike’ over the highways and roads around the south end of Calgary. It’s peaceful, rustic, and beautiful. With all the “for sale” signs popping up, I got the bright idea that maybe I could live in this setting full time. So I contacted a friend who was a retired realtor and asked her for a name. She told me that when she and her husband were looking they used Pat. I did not need any more references as I trusted my friend’s judgment implicitly. I called and Pat’s partner Wendy took me under her wings.
She had an excellent knowledge about the rural properties. She was patient and made herself available for showings, even during a blizzard. Wendy displayed professionalism and never pressured me into any decisions. She helped me find a wonderful property and I could not be happier. Wendy was there for the walk through after I got possession and for all the inspections.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Wendy and Pat for your real estate requirements. Oh…in case you’re wondering, I am learning a lot about country living, loving it, and I am now a proud card carrying member of UFA!
